The project is composed of 2 buildings (A and B) and four individual houses.

Building A contains 27 rented social flats on 5 floors. Building B contains 32 flats with socially assisted ownership on 5 and 7 floors. Four rented individual social houses complete the building operation.

• Facades: concrete curtain wall + mixed interior (expanded polystyrene 100+13 mm R=3.15 m².K/W) and exterior insulation (glass wool, 120 mm, R=3.20 m².K/W)
• Roof: concrete slab + 140 mm polyurethane foam
• Low floor: concrete slab + 200 mm of flocking, R=4.35 m².K/W
• Windows: Uw=1.80 W/m².K
• Heating systems: building A - low-temperature gas boilers; building B - electric radiant panels and convectors + solar thermal collectors for DHW; houses - condensing gas boiler
• Conventional primary energy consumptions (in kWhPE/m².a, including heating, DHW, light. electric auxiliaries incl. ventilation)
