- Basement insulation made of 12 cm PSE (expanded polystyrene)
- Double-flow ventilation with heat recovery
- Forced nocturnal ventilation for natural cooling
- Interior garden as a thermal regulator
- Connection to the waste-to-energy district heating
- Low-E double glazing filled with Argon
- External sun baffles with horizontal (East) and vertical (West) moveable louvers
